What inspires you? Fashion and hair magazines, watching others do hair.
Do you have a muse, if so why? Billie Horn, he's an amazing hair dresser and teacher.
What gave you the desire to be a stylist? I've always known since I was little. Growing up with hair dressers in my family always inspired me.
Who's your hair hero? Jim Barrett, the owner and teacher of Barrett & CO., the school I went to. He could do a perfect layered haircut in three cuts.
Favorite bad hair moment? When I was in beauty school I was cutting my Brothers hair and the guard fell off the clippers and it made a bald spot in the back of his head. That was pretty funny.
What is your favorite era in hair dressing? I love the classic hair age. The 30's, 40's, and 50's. The styles were so classic and beautiful. I watch classic movies just to admire the hair.
Best cut/color you've ever had? A short black bob. A stylist from New York did it, that bob was awesome and original.
Prized possession? Everything I work hard for. My home, my car, and taking care of my daughter.
